Initial Meeting with Operator

  • Establish transaction goals

Site Selection (30-60 days)

  • Operator and First Beverage analyze and tour potential site locations
  • Determine final site location

Lease Documentation (21-30 days)

  • First Beverage and Operator negotiate and execute definitive lease document to be effective upon purchase of warehouse facility
  • Annual warehouse rent determined on "cap rate" basis

Purchase Agreement / Closing (30-60 days)

  • First Beverage submits Purchase and Sale Agreement to seller for purchase of existing facility
  • Purchase and Sale Agreement executed

Closing typically occurs 30-60 days after executing

Total Transaction Time: 80-150 days
